Thanks to its expertise and modern technologies, it is among the leaders in payment solutions on the Hungarian market.

ČSOB is one of the largest and most important banking institutions in the Czech Republic. It is part of the KBC Group and offers a wide range of financial products and services for retail clients, small and medium-sized enterprises, and corporate customers. The bank focuses on traditional banking services, digital banking, investment products, insurance, and specialized payment services, with a strong emphasis on innovation and the digitalization of financial services.

Mandatory reporting implementation:
We ensured full compliance with all regulatory requirements by implementing mandatory reporting to central banks.

Authorization host analysis and certification:
We conducted detailed analytical work and successfully completed the certification processes with the VISA and Mastercard card schemes for connecting the new authorization host.

Migration of clearing and settlement processes:
We carried out the migration of clearing and settlement processes, ensuring certification and full compliance with the requirements of the VISA and Mastercard card associations.

Seamless merchant migration:
We successfully carried out comprehensive testing and merchant migration, including their e-commerce shops and POS terminals, from the original processor to the newly implemented solution. The goal was to minimize the impact on merchants’ day-to-day operations.

Architecture design and vendor integration:
We developed a tailor-made architecture and ensured the selection and integration of new vendors for international acquiring services in Hungary and Belgium. This allowed us to expand our presence in foreign markets and increase competitiveness.
